competitive and consistent rates for the area and provide above
average service.
Below are the fees associated with our lease agreement.

Lease Fees
|
Application Fee
|
$50 per applicant
or $60 per married
couple (Due with application
and nonrefundable) Covers credit and
background checks, etc.

Security Deposit
|
Equal to 1 Months Rent.
(Due with application and
refundable if application rejected)
|
|
Pet Fee
|
Owner's discretion. Typically $300 for 1
animal. Multiple animal fees vary. Refundable to
tenant and held with Security Deposit in a Trust Account until lease end.
|
|
Late & NSF Fees
|
Late fee is 5% of Monthly Rent
Non-Sufficient-Funds fee is $25
All fees
collected are paid to HRG.

|
Evictions
|
In this unfortunate
event, Tenants are responsible for all court costs
and a $75 administrative fee paid to HRG.
