Signs and Brochures
HRG places Sales and/or Rental Signs on every property listed. Our signs are custom designed to be aesthetically pleasing, unique, and clearly visible. Descriptive color brochures also accompany all Sales properties. This attention to the smallest details ensures that you and your property are represented with class.
HRG goes to great lengths to make sure your home is visible to the multitude of people relocating to the Triangle area from locally and across the nation. There is no better way to provide that service than the internet. Many of our systems have automated feeds to provide consistency and fast deployment. Here are a few of our efforts:
- Management - 10% of Monthly Rent (Negotiable based on quantity of properties)
- Marketing Fee - 1 Yr Lease (Or Less) = 1 Months Rent (Subtracted from first months rent)
2 or more Yr Lease = 1.5 Months Rent (Subtracted from first months rent and 1/2 of second months rent)
- Owner Reserve - $300 (Required at signing and held in a trust account for expenses. Must be maintained at all times.)
- Application Fee - $45 per applicant (Paid by applicant) Covers credit and background checks, etc.
- Pet Fee - Owner's discretion. Typically $300 for 1 animal. Multiple animal fees vary. Refundable to tenant and held with Security Deposit in a Trust Account until lease end.
- Late & NSF Fees - All late fees and Non-Sufficient-Funds fees collected from tenants are paid to HRG.
- Evictions - Tenants are responsible for all court costs and fees paid to HRG. See Lease Contract for additional details. (If the tenant does not pay, the owner is responsible for the charges.)
It has been a pleasure working with Judy. I've known Judy since we bought our investment property (over 7 years ago). Because of her outstanding customer service and knowledge, the transaction went very well. At present, she continues to manage our property, and does a GREAT JOB. Thanks Judy for all your hard work! I highly recommend her.

Can I hold the tenant's security deposit during the lease? While technically the answer is yes so long as you follow the related laws, HRG requires that we hold the deposit for all full-management customers. This is to protect all parties involved.
Raleigh Area Information
Raleigh is an early example in the United States of a planned city, chosen as the site of the state capital in 1788 and incorporated in 1792 as such. The city was originally laid out in a grid pattern with the North Carolina State Capitol in Union Square at the center. In the United States Civil War the city was spared from any significant battle, only falling in the closing days of the war, though it did not escape the economic hardships that plagued the rest of the American South during the Reconstruction Era. The twentieth century saw the opening of the Research Triangle Park in 1959, and with the jobs it created the region and city saw a large influx of population, making it one of the fastest growing communities in the United States by the early 21st century.
Raleigh is home to numerous cultural, educational, and historic sites. The Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Raleigh features three theater venues and serves as the home for the North Carolina Symphony. Walnut Creek Amphitheatre is a large music amphitheater located in Southeast Raleigh. Museums in Raleigh include the North Carolina Museum of Art in West Raleigh, as well as the North Carolina Museum of History and North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences located next to each other near the State Capitol in Downtown Raleigh. Several major universities and colleges call Raleigh home, including North Carolina State University, the largest public university in the state, and Shaw University, the first historically black university in the American South and site of the foundation of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, an important civil rights organization of the 1960s. One U.S. president, Andrew Johnson, was born in Raleigh.
