Features

Secure Login
Owners and Tenants receive secured logins and are limited to viewing only relevant data.

EFT
Both Owners and Tenants can register their bank account online which then allows for electronic Rent Payment and Owner Funds Distribution. Tenants can make one time payments or can schedule recurring payments.

*This feature is provided at no additional cost to the owner or tenant.

Reporting
Owners have access to up-to-the-minute financial reporting 24x7x365.

Tenants can view their account and security deposit balances online.

Maintenance
All Maintenance tickets are entered into our PMS. Tenants can also begin a maintenance request from their login. Both Tenants and Owners can add updates and track the progress of the ticket online.

Email Notification
Most modifications to the owners account generate an automated email to proactively notify the owner of the changes.

Signs and Brochures

HRG places Sales and/or Rental Signs on every property listed. Our signs are custom designed to be aesthetically pleasing, unique, and clearly visible. Descriptive color brochures also accompany all Sales properties. This attention to the smallest details ensures that you and your property are represented with class.

Internet Marketing

HRG goes to great lengths to make sure your home is visible to the multitude of people relocating to the Triangle area from locally and across the nation. There is no better way to provide that service than the internet. Many of our systems have automated feeds to provide consistency and fast deployment. Here are a few of our efforts:

HRG Web Site
HRG lists all properties on our web site at www.HarrisonRealtyGroup.com. The site has been designed for easy navigation to both properties and helpful links to assist potential buyers and renters. HRG has also taken many steps to insure that our web site is consistently ranked in the various search engines. Our site also has an automated feed from TMLS which insures consistent listings between the various sites.

TMLS
All properties are listed in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. Practically all area agents rely on this system to list and search for available properties. Also, many "Front-end" Websites pull from the nations MLS systems.

Realtor.com
By listing on TMLS, our properties are inherently listed on Realtor.com, one of the most active sites on the internet for locating homes across the country.

Homes.com
HRG has chosen a web provider that also has an automated feed to homes.com. Like realtor.com it is a widely used web site for locating homes across the US. Again, the automated feed insures a consistent representation of your home and minimizes mistakes.

Rentals.com
All Rental homes are also listed on Rentals.com, a premier web site for rental searches.

Local Realtor Network
HRG's founder has been fortunate to work with some of the best local companies in Real Estate. Her experience includes Sales, Property Management, and Construction. This unique blend of experience has resulted in a strong referral network from both a marketing and maintenance standpoint.

Social Media
HRG utilizes all of the top social media sites including: Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest, and Linkedin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wake Forest Area Information

In 1820, Dr. Calvin Jones, originally from New England, bought 615 acres of forested land in Wake County, North Carolina. The sparsely populated area became known as the Forest of Wake, or Wake Forest. Jones sold his farm to the North Carolina Baptist Convention for $2,000, who opened the Wake Forest Manual Labor Institute, later Wake Forest College, on the site. The Raleigh & Gaston Railroad, completed in 1840, established a depot in nearby Forestville that stimulated the school and surrounding village. College leaders convinced the railroad to move the depot even closer to the college in 1874, leading to more economic development. This community was incorporated as the "Town of Wake Forest College" in 1880. In 1909, the word "College" was removed from the name of the town. The college moved to the much larger city of Winston-Salem in 1956. Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary began offering classes on the original campus of Wake Forest University in 1950, and occupied the entire campus when the university completed its move.
